We pride ourselves in pouring value into what we build throughout Memphis and Shelby County, in the very areas we were raised. Through our trusted community partners and city programs, we have spent years purchasing parcels that had gone unnoticed, unattended, blighted, and simply neglected, creating a strong push for redevelopment in our urban core without destroying the true character these neighborhoods were originally built on.

As Memphians ourselves, it has been disheartening to watch some communities go ignored for infrastructure upgrades, green space improvements, and the additional resources made readily available in the more eye-appealing parts of the city. So when city leaders made the call and agreed that Memphis needed more homes, we knew it was time to step up and do our part to help close an affordable housing shortage of nearly 39,000 homes. The initial push is 10,000 new and renovated homes by 2030, a goal the city set in February 2026. We have happily accepted the challenge, and we are excited to see the new direction of this city.
